Hi, I am a working jazz pianist and recent graduate from the prestigious Eastman School of Music. If you want a cumulative piano lesson experience, reach out! I have a strong background in classical music although I specialize in jazz music, pop music, and gospel music.

One of the big problems in learning piano is that the songs you want to play, the songs on the radio or pop songs aren’t taught. More specifically, the skills you need to play pop or jazz or to compose aren’t taught. I personally love helping to bridge the gap between the traditional training in piano fundamentals - which we cover and solidify- with the theory and skills needed to compose and to play jazz and pop.

I especially love helping pianists wanting to explore different styles and become more interdisciplinary.
