    About Sarah S.

    My name is Sarah Silk, I am 27 years old and currently reside on the far north side of San Antonio. I have a degree in Music with concentrations in classical piano and music performance. I have been teaching since 2007, and have studied classical training in voice as well performed in many musical theatre productions. Much of what I teach vocally includes the proper way to sing with appropriate breath support, understanding vocal tone and the pedagogy of the voice box. I have taught men and woman of all ages. I have recently taught in San Antonio as a music teacher, and am comfortable working with children. I am currently stationed at Ft. Sam in the United States Army and work as a social worker. I have a degree in Music from Simpson College in Indianola Iowa with concentrations in piano and performance.

    Mu Phi Epsilon (ΜΦΕ) is a co-ed international professional music fraternity. Today, Mu Phi Epsilon has chapters both nationally and internationally. The fraternity supports achievement in music through the awarding of grants and scholarships, as well as music competitions, concerts, and summer music programs. Much of this work has been supported by the Mu Phi Epsilon Foundation, an organization that has been in existence since 1963, as well as fundraising and donations.
