As a Chopra Center Certified Meditation Instructor, you will receive guided instruction on how to incorporate meditative practices easily and effortlessly into your life. In addition to learning the practical applications of meditation, you will receive history on how mantra meditation came about, benefits of meditation on the whole body system, how meditation reduces anxiety and depression, evidence based studies, and how you can successfully incorporate peaceful practices into your daily life. With having knowledge in a variety of meditative practices, together we will decide which one speaks to you most. During each lesson, we will meditate together so you can experience first hand the power of this practice. 

If receiving 4 lessons from me, you will be eligible to receive your own personal mantra which is calculated based upon your date, time and location of your birth. This personal mantra is the energetic vibrational sound that was occurring at the time of your birth.

Sarah is a seeker and teacher of emotional and mental wellbeing who is always eager to connect, learn and offer love. As a counselor, coach, Reiki practitioner, and meditation instructor, she dedicates herself in helping others to step into their own power and light.
