Learn to play trumpet as a beginner or fine tune your techniques as a more advanced player! My lessons include lots of playing for the students as well as a lot of examples from me (on trombone or piano). I also believe that "playing" the instrument is very important and making music should be as fun as possible, so I encourage students to play music that they enjoy. Each lesson will be individualized for each student as well.

Hi, my name is Sam Kohlhepp! I have been teaching band for five years, covering both marching band and concert bands. I play all brass instruments and most woodwind instruments. I graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2019 and love sharing my enthusiasm for music with my students. I strive to make sure everyone I meet can take some music knowledge and have fun in the process.
