Hello!
My name is Sam. I am going on my thirteenth year of drumming and there is no sign of stopping. I haven't had nearly that wealth of teaching experience, but I am confident in my ability to start you off with a solid foundation in my favorite subject. My strength is creativity, so my lessons will cater to those who love to push the boundaries. Questions deserve answers!
Also, I have spent the past eight years as a live Rock drummer, so if you are intending on playing with a group or in a live setting, I have a wealth of hard fought experience that area and I know how to improve active listening.

My name is Sam, and I have been playing the drums for thirteen years. I have been in a band for the last eight (playing Rock music).

My lessons are based in fundamentals, but I also like to cater to personal interest..I believe that some of the most important lessons come from tangents, so questions are encouraged. If I don't have a good answer, you can trust the next lesson will! The concepts outlined in each session stem from my relentless scouring for information online and in music books.
