Having worked at numerous bars and run various cocktail programs -- not to mention making plenty of drinks at home for me and friends -- I understand drinks on a deep level.  I can teach you the basics of making a great drink with ingredients you have on hand.  I can also teach more advanced techniques, as well as how to create your own original drinks!

I've been building drinks behind bars and at home for years now.  
Having designed cocktail programs for a number of bars, I can show you how to make great drinks at home with what you have available!

Kevin really enjoyed his mixology lesson with Robert. We liked that Robert provided the history behind the drink he made. Kevin used his first lesson to practice making the drinks over the next few days. It was a great experience and Kevin is looking forward to his next lesson.

I have been drinking Robs exquisit creations and solid classics foe years and what a treat! I have also had the plessure of hosting Rob for cocktail night at my home and boy did it bost my browni points with my friends and colleages.
