O'farral Charter School

I am currently the vocal director for the High School aftercare program at O'farral Charter School in San Diego. Success of the program has allowed opportunity to become vocal director for elementary aftercare program at O'farrel charter school! Experience includes: Glee Club vocal instructor for high school; assists in nurturing the youth in music appreciation, provide fellowship among students, introduce students to a wide variety of musical genres, support and serve the community in events, functions, and activities. Vocal Director for three day showing of Hairspray Broadway production put on by Glee Club and other High School students - showings were held May 2015.

I’m a patient and creative person and my teaching style is to motivate and inspire you musically. Piano lessons consist of music theory, site reading, music performance, and playing by ear. I am most comfortable with Christian, Jazz, Pop, and Classical styles. Voice lessons consist of students mastering techniques in breathe control, vocal strength, musicianship, and voice range which will enable you to sing a wide range of styles such as Opera, Broadway, Jazz, and Gospel.
