I am a 24 year old piano player and singer/songwriter who loves to share music with the world, with 14 years of gigging and performing experience. I have been playing piano since I was 5 and playing guitar and writing songs since age 11. Since graduating from Northern Arizona University in 2017 with a piano performance degree and two years of formal vocal training, I have spent post graduate time traveling the world with my guitar, busking and gigging. I love to travel, learn languages, and make new friends. I have 13 years of teaching experience already, and I am now anticipating graduate school to continue my studies in piano performance. I love the nuts and bolts of music. My teaching method will always include theoretical and technical information, so as to strengthen the basis of music knowledge to a student. My ultimate goal is always to offer my students a way to build a foundation on which they won't need me, but rather know the basics of music well enough to enjoy learning the songs they want on their own.
