Thanks for checking out my profile! I would love to help you discover, strengthen and improve your voice.
Here's a little bit about me: I attended Syracuse University where I received a bachelor's degree in vocal performance. I then traveled down south to get my Master's from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. I served as Administrative Director for the Gregg Smith Singers' Adirondack Festival of American Music in Lake Placid, NY and performed with the all-female a cappella ensemble, The Mandarins, for whom I was director and vocal percussionist, as well as a Varsity Vocals award-winning soloist and arranger. I've played the role of Marcellina in Mozart's The Marriage of Figaro, as well as lead roles in Anything Goes, Me and My Girl, Annie Warbucks and Oliver. I have performed with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, traveled internationally with the Southwestern Jazz Combo and have been a featured artist on the FEBC radio station in Seoul, Korea. For the past few years I have judged many singing competitions in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey. I'm currently Director of Music Ministry at Mount Bethel Church and a vocal instructor for a large studio specializing in opera, musical theatre, jazz and church music.

We are so happy with the great experiences that Rachel has provided our daughter with, through music. Our daughter really enjoys her time each week learning new songs and gaining confidence with singing them. As the weeks go by we have observed our daughters self-esteem develop and her willingness to participate in social events . My husband and I are so thankful for the knowledge she is bringing into our daughters life.+ Read More
Rachel is terrific!
Rachel is very patient with my daughter, who has a learning disability. We couldn't be happier with her as my daughter's Voice Teacher. Rachel makes the lessons fun, and my daughter is learning a lot of great techniques. Highly recommend!
