Have you ever came home from eating at an Asian or Vietnamese restaurant and feel tired.  that's because of an ingredient called MSG in the seasoning.  I would like to teach you how to cook the food that is in the restaurants such as Spring roll, pho, shakin beef,  Vietnamese egg roll, and many other dishes in a a healthy alternative, but taste as great or even better.

My name is QT Truong.  I was a teacher for Plano ISD for over 15 years.  I love teaching, people, and cooking healthy  Vietnamese and Asian food.  I would like to bring my passion and know how and pass it on to other people.  For now, I would like to hold the class online, but when I have enough clients, I will rent a kitchen and do it on location.

I have started doing some classes in my home with only my friends and neighbors.   With my in home classes, they get a trip to the grocery store to buy the ingredients, and i paid for the ingredients (the fee is slightly higher), cook and dine with me, and pack leftover to go.
