Piano with Phoebe S.

Phoebe Shane has been playing piano for 12 years and teaching private lessons since 2015. She has helped students with the basics, advanced techniques and just playing music for fun. Phoebe looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals, and to learn to appreciate music on a whole new level. Her teaching style is best described as fun, exciting and energetic. Phoebe played Kabelevsky's 3rd Concerto (1st Movement) on piano with the Rome Symphony orchestra in the spring of 2016. She also has received many awards for her hard work, including (but not limited to), first place in the RMTA's Jazz and pop competition 2012, 2015, 2016; the "Outstanding Accompanist" award at the 2014 "Music in the Parks", hosted in Universal Orlando; first place in the RMTA's Baroque competition 2017 and 3rd for the same competition in 2015.
