Music was a gift given to me at a very young age that I still benefit from every day! I wish to pass the gift along to my students using both traditional and non traditional teaching methods. Of course we will work with books and learn songs, but we will also do ear training, play music games, compose our own songs, and much more!

Hello, I'm Phil :)
I have been teaching piano for over 20 years. I also play the sax! I produce and compose original music. I love all genres of music and can talk about it for hours! I really love teaching, especially younger beginners. I grew up working with kids because my mom owned a daycare center. I have also been a Camp director and worked for a non profit called Playworks!
