I have over 15 years of experience as a student myself. I have studied with four teachers in pop, jazz and classical. I consider myself to be an understanding vocal teacher with experience as a student and teacher in several styles. 
I believe that overall, the student should be learning and having fun! If the student isn't enjoying it while learning, I am not doing my job. I truly love sharing the gift of music with my students.

I am an enthusiastic and passionate music teacher. I have been teaching voice and piano for over eight (8) years and have taught over 300 students. I have my BFA in music studies and education from Concordia University (BFA 2009) and have taught students from the ages of 5-65. 
I am also a performer and have toured across the USA, Canada and even parts of Europe (Holland, Germany, England). I was nominated for best soul/pop album of the year at the 2016 Juno Awards (Canadian Grammy equivalent) in the same category as The Weekend and Alessia Cara.
