    Learning Drums the fun way!

Learning drums is extremely fun and satisfying! It involves the entire body and the mind, challenging in many different ways and extremely rewarding. While it can be demanding to learn an instrument, it can be as easy as you want it to be. Our lessons can be designed to fit your personal goal. In the lessons we will play songs, study technique and reading and learn different genres of music - all while having fun! I have been teaching for over 10 years, with experience in all levels (Beginner to Advanced) and in every age group. I am very passionate about teaching music, I believe it has the power to change lives, and also helps with just putting a smile on your face :)

Hello everyone! My name is Noam and I am a professional drummer, drum teacher and music producer, living in LA. I moved to the United States 10 years ago to study at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, from which I graduated with a Masters degree, majoring in Drums and Music Production and Engineering. I have always been in love with music. Since I was a kid, listening to 90s Rock and Pop music, through my teenage years listening to 60s Rock, Progressive Rock and Jazz and up to today - listening and playing practically anything. The drums have always attracted me, so I started playing when I was 12 years old. The first album I've recorded with my friends came out when I was 16, and was heavily influenced by Prog Rock music. Around the same time, I started listening to Jazz, which became my passion in music and life. I went on to study in an arts high-school, and later continued to Berklee, and to NYC where I live now. I have been teaching for over 15 years, and I am extremely passionate about it. I believe music can change lives, and instill extremely important values. I am proud to say some of my students have already made impressive musical achievements, some have begun studying in Berklee themselves (with impressive scholarships) and all of them are having fun playing drums, which is the most important thing.

Noam is a wonderful drum teacher! He is kind, very knowledgeable and inspiring. Our son took some weekly lessons with him for a year and made amazing progress while also discovering new styles and techniques. Too bad he moved abroad!

I had a great experience with Noam. Each lesson had a structure as we explored various elements in each lesson covering a lot of ground. Noam is very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. Noam has the ability to take a complex concept and break it down until you grasp it completely. Each lesson was productive and enjoyable. Thank you Noam!

Noam is an excellent drum tutor! He is so knowledgeable about the drums and passionate about sharing that knowledge. His lessons are well structured to make the most of the time available to practice existing skills and learn new techniques, as well as being fun! He takes the time to really focus on your existing technique in order to iron out any bad habits and he breaks down new techniques in a simple and easy to learn manner. Highly recommended!
