Hello! I am delighted that you are interested in pursuing education in music. I've been teaching private piano lessons since the year 2000. I am trained in music specifically for young children, however I work well with students of any age. My educational background includes many years studying flute and piano, as well as fine art. I am degreed in music and I am an active member of the Music Teacher’s Association of California (MTAC). I attend many teaching workshops and conferences related to music and pedagogy, as I believe that a constant flow of ideas and new information is what keeps me passionate about what I do. I love music and I love people. I believe there is musical potential in each and every person and that it deserves to be drawn out and nurtured.
