I found myself living in Maine about 7 years ago, when I started studying for my undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College. Before then, I had lived all over the place, most notably in Saratoga, California and New Delhi, India. I'm enjoying life here immensely - though I'm still getting used to the cold! Playing and listening to music has been a consistent thread through my life, and I think it's a big part of the reason that home has never needed to be a place for me - it's always been a question of emotional connection to the people around me. I studied Math and Computer Science in college, though I was fairly certain even then that I'd be pursuing a career in music before long. Today, my primary creative outlet is in performing with and leading my five-piece indie folk band, SnugHouse. Working with the group has been a very fulfilling marriage of my pursuits as pianist, guitarist, singer and vocal arranger. We play shows regularly all around the northeast.
