I have been a musician for the past 19 years. I've been professionally making music for ten of those years.

My lessons are designed around the goals of each student; the first lesson is the exploration of those goals and the formulation of your specific lesson plan. Additionally, in the first lesson, I will assess your current skill level in the lesson subject.

Lessons include instruction in music theory, ear training, and music history as necessary to achieve the goals of each student. Weekly scales, exercises and other practice targets will be assigned as necessary. It is strongly encouraged that each student keep a notebook to keep track of what is to be worked on.
