I take a very positive approach to teaching. I'll encourage you and guide you to reach your fullest potential, whatever your goals are. I focus a lot on technique(breath, sound, vowels and vocalization) because that is foundational for everyone and it will help you no matter what you want to achieve. But all the technique isn't useful without being able to connect with the emotions and expressive nature of music. I teach acting skills for every piece.
