Jiu Jitsu with Nathan D.

We will base lessons around your goals and focus on a concrete plan to meet them! Your goals may include self-defense, increased confidence, fitness or grappling-specific goals within Judo, Sambo, or BJJ. Those specific goals may include takedowns and throws, joint-locks and chokes, guard passes and sweeps, and much more. I have experience teaching all ages and experience levels in private and full scale classes. Any level of martial arts experience is welcome! I currently hold a first-degree black belt in Judo and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have several years of experience training Sambo, including traveling to Moscow, Russia to train with World Champion Sambists. I also have competed regularly since starting my journey in martial arts, 10 years ago. I firmly believe competition is an important part of one's growth in martial arts.
