Hi, I'm Natalie and I have enjoyed teaching music on a professional level since 2006. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Flute Performance/Pedagogy. I teach flute at the advanced level and piano/keyboard at the intermediate level. I've had music recitals for the student to perform for family members and friends. I am looking forward to meeting you and to help you reach your desired musical goals. I provide private and group instrumental training for youth and adults. Piano/Keyboard instruments are taught from the beginner to intermediate and Woodwind instruments are taught from beginner to intermediate with the flute being the primary instrument to the advanced level. An assessment is given to all students to gain knowledge on how to assist the student to advance in his/her music endeavors. Assignments are given to the student as a strategy to help strengthen the students' knowledge and understanding by using method books, sight-reading material, scales and arpeggios, long tone exercises, and techniques to enable the student to play with ease at a slow, medium or fast tempo. I assist band directors to prepare the band for Large Group Performance Evaluation (LGPE) also encourages and assists the serious musician to prepare music to audition for All-State Band and Honor's Band competition. and Solo & Ensemble competitions. I enjoy sharing my experiences as a musician and simplifying areas in music that is complicated for the student to grasp. It's with great pleasure to communicate with the student(s) and parent(s) to ensure we reach goals that are set. I enjoy making lessons fun and easy to learn; moreover, I enjoy watching the students' understanding of the lesson come forth; it's like watching a light bulb go from dim to bright!

Natalie Williams is an extraordinary teacher! Even though she’s been teaching on the professional level since 2006, the love of music & teaching has been within her heart since age 13. She was my first flute teacher when I was 7. Because of her knowledge, patience and compassion to teach, I was able to excel faster than my peers. Also, because I followed her instructions & practiced daily. Natalie also organized recitals two times per year to enable her students to build their confidence to play in front of an audience. They did an exceptional job!! Don’t hesitate to sign your child(ren) or yourself up for a wonderful musical experience!!

Natalie has been an exceptional, patient and kind instructor. For years she has been able to steer my son in the right direction when it comes to knowing theoretical musical foundation and has even helped him solidify the necessary information that is needed to be a musician and learn it independently. Not only has she prepared him in this way but even rooted a deep love for music in his spirit. She's the perfect instructor for any young or older student and definitely my top recommendation.

Mrs. Williams have done a fantastic job with her students throughout the years. Not only have she helped numerous children and adults she has also held annual recitals to keep up with their progress. I recommend Mrs. Williams as a music teacher for yourself or your children, her lessons are easily taught, any questions the student has she always has an answer for them. She is very patient with her teachings, never has she rushed through any of her lessons as she makes sure her students understand before continuing to the next lesson. Make Mrs. Williams your music teacher and you will not regret it.
