Morgan Lenay Bernat is an American mezzo-soprano who began her training at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. She is currently studying under Peter Volpe at Indiana University while pursuing her Master's in Vocal Performance. Morgan has studied voice with Dr. Maya Hoover and coached with José Meléndez, Andrea DelGiudice, and Laetitia Ruccolo. This year, she performed the world premiere of Jake Landau's Pietá as Fia. Her performance experience includes many opera choruses: Die Zauberflöte (2021), Le Nozze di Figaro (2020), La Traviata (2019), and Eugene Onegin (2018).
