Trumpet with Mitchell W.

Originally from Clovis, New Mexico, I graduated from the University of New Mexico, earning a B.A. in Music. During my time as a high school student, I participated in competitive marching band, solo contests, and every ensemble I could find. I was a semi-finalist in the National Trumpet Competition. My high school band went on to win many regional competitions and was a finalist in Bands of America Regional competitions. It is during this time that I saw all the nuances of competitive high school band. While getting my degree, I participated in marching band, concert band, jazz band, solo contests, and orchestra through the University of New Mexico. Outside of school, I performed with groups such as Al Hurricane Jr and Gonzalo. I've opened for acts such as WAR and Tower of Power. I spent time in studios recording music found on Spotify and independent films.
