Hello there! Looking for guitar lessons? Well let me say congrats on taking this exciting next step in your musical journey! My name is Mitchell and I love making music. A lot. I've been performing for 18+ years in bands, ensembles, accompanying, scoring films, you name it. Having gotten started with private lessons in my childhood/adolescent years and formal collegiate studies as an adult, playing guitar has provided me deeper analytical skills, creative thinking, self-confidence, an expressive outlet, and a ton of good memories. Now it is my mission to pass it on! My lessons are based on an academic curriculum in which I track your growth by helping you set goals and deadlines. That said, you lead way! Whatever your reasons for wanting to learn guitar I want to make sure it is a positive, fulfilling experience for you. I've worked with children who have never touched a guitar, moms who want to play around the campfire, songwriters yearning to self-accompany on stage, and professionals who want to deepen their level of understanding and ability. I charge a slightly higher rate because I'm exclusive. It's important that give each student my absolute fullest and not spread myself too thin. I currently have availability, though it will fill up fast during back-to-school season.
