I am a professional Guitar/Bass Player & Singer who has taught guitar for several decades. I love teaching beginning & intermediate guitar lessons because it is fun for me to help students get past the first hurdles of playing, learn the proper techniques, unlearn the cumbersome self-taught short cuts, advance through learning songs that the student likes while learning improvisation & music theory in a fun way that is relevant to the student's interests. Over the years, I have performed in both original & cover bands. As an original artist I was featured on Indie Label releases with Mirror Image Records in the band Exit & Diamante Negro Records as a solo artist. My bands have been the opening act for The Neighbourhood, Sister Sledge, Missing Persons, Gladys Knight, 98 Degrees, Blue Oyster Cult and we were the backing band for Lloyd Williams, the voice of Otis Day & the Knights from the movie Animal House. As a professional musician I have Artist Endorsement deals with MTD & Aria Guita
