Hello! My name is Michael and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 1999 and have loved helping my students have fun, gain confidence, and grow as musicians. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Orchestral Percussion and my Masters Degree in Jazz Studies (Drum Set Performance) from the University of Maryland. I'm a patient and organized person.  My teaching style is a balance of consistently challenging the student with new skills while at the same time guiding them to constant victories. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
