Learning to play music should be fun. Learning to play the songs you like and listen to everyday is a good first step in that direction.

As early as I can remember our house was filled with music. My parents had records of the popular music of the time as well as movie soundtrack albums. At eight years old I got my first keyboard and joined the school band. Soon I was taking private lessons. I often found myself sitting and trying out chords and melodies to fit the songs I would hear. At Twelve I got my first Piano, along with a songbook that promised I could play “hundreds of songs with just three magic chords”. 
Piano students can expect to learn beginner tools such as basic sight-reading techniques and proper finger coordination to finding exciting ways to "fake" your way through a piece. I aim to give students an adaptable tool box that allows them to feel confident in multiple facets of piano-playing. Let's get started!

Hi there! My name is Meraj and I've been playing music my entire life and I believe that with the right attitude and environment anyone can achieve musical greatness!
I am very passionate about music, from learning to teaching, practicing, performing and recording. Every day my goal is to promote music, learn, practice and help people enjoy music either by listening or performing.
I am originally Persian. I speak both English and Farsi.
