Yoga with Megan R.

My name is Megan, CYT 200 at Inside out Yoga, studying under Jody Reece. I am so excited to share my love for yoga with this community. When my yoga journey began in 2014 I was looking for an activity to bring some peace and inner happiness to my days, I had no idea how much it would impact my life. For the past 4 years I have grown in my practice and it has become a staple in my overall mental and physical health. Although its impossible to have a chaos free day, my goal is to teach you how to live among the chaos with a peaceful mind. I enjoy most (definitely not all) styles of yoga, but my specialty is working with beginners. There is just something about starting from the beginning, really starting at the building blocks and working our way to being comfortable in a group setting.
