Music and education have been two of the most influential things in my life. As a lifelong musician, I've had many mentors and teachers help me through my journey. Those people have made me passionate about being able to share everything I've learned with others. I am a professional drummer, percussionist, and recording artist. I graduated from Wayne State University with Bachelors in Music and Marketing. Throughout my time in school, I was involved in concert bands as a percussionist, marching band, drum core, as well as many different jazz ensembles. Currently, I'm working full time as a performing artist and music educator, teaching students of all ages and skill levels. I really value playing in a wide variety of styles of music and am comfortable teaching anytime from Pop, Rock, Metal, Alternative, Blues, Jazz, Funk, Soul, and R&B.
