Guitar with Matthew A.

Matthew, an Instructor of Music at Diaz | Anderson Music Studios, brings 10 years of professional music instruction to the studios. He is an experienced guitarist and luthier. He has also provided consultation for voice and instrumental recording, in addition to studio-less recording techniques. Matthew studied guitar and recording techniques through Berklee Music Online, and studied music and art throughout his AA and with private instructors throughout the northwestern US and Canada. He has collaborated in theater productions, and with churches, schools, local and regional musicians. Matthew also builds and repairs instruments when not in the studio. His focus is acoustic and electric guitars, as well as ukuleles. Matt lives in Tumwater, Washington with his wife Melissa and son, Max.
