A fun and comprehensive lesson, specialized for each individual. Music theory and learning a feel for the piano, but especially learning and reading the different notes and how they interact with each other. Students will be given new techniques and work on full songs, usually that they get to pick. Songs will be arranged and given in a way that is fun yet challenging to the student. Always aims to show students the answers "how" and "why," not just tell them the answer. Focuses on building important skills like hand-eye coordination, logic skills and confidence in the student.

The most patient and kindest teacher you will find! Has taught students as young as 5 and also those with special needs. Has a love of piano and teaching and is 21 years old, so relates very well to kids. Was an honors music student at Temple University, and is studying jazz piano in Montclair in the fall. Thank you!
