I have been taking sessions with Mary for a year now. She is a Fitness expert, very professional, punctual, and reliable Personal Trainer. What is more, she is highly creative, and she knows how to keep you motivated. She always makes sure to maintain all safety regulations and to keep you fully engaged throughout her sessions. She is extremely talented with many years of training experience in both Fitness and the Pilates Method. Also, she has a strong background in both dance and gymnastics which can been clearly seen on her given instructions when she corrects any posture misalignments. I really enjoy our sessions and I look forward for more. I would highly recommend her!

I have been taking private sessions with Mary for a few months now, but due to Covid-19 we have recently discontinued the in-person training and moved on to online virtual sessions via Zoom. To be honest, I was hesitating to move on to virtual training since I was not familiar with technology and the concept of online training and so on. However, Mary is such a kind and lovely person which really helps when training remotely at home. She always explains everything clearly, so you can easily understand the necessary know-how and technique of each exercise and get the same benefits as of an in-person session. In addition to that, if I were a little out of place, she would kindly let me know by correcting any misalignments that might occurred throughout our sessions. I have been known Mary for 4 years now and we have been doing classes for over 2 years. My first few lessons were in person and then we moved on to online sessions because I had to travel a lot. I have been working online with Mary for over a year now and I feel so much more comfortable and confident working out than I ever have. I am learning breathing while practicing the Pilates Method. Mary is extremely patient with me! She is prompt and always pleasant and most importantly she knows how to keep me motivated. Its a pleasure working with her and I look forward to all our sessions.
