My son has really enjoyed his lessons with Mark. He is flexible and challenging. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to learn.
Mark is a great violin teacher and I would highly recommend him. I had taken two lessons and he was very helpful and thorough to help me to obtain the proper basic techniques. I am in my 40s, and I have watched my son’s violin journey for the past 5 years, and I can tell Mark is someone who can really help you (or your child) with knowledge and professionalism. The online set-up was seamless, and I really enjoyed and got much help from the lessons.
I'm an adult in my 40's and I have never played the violin. But, learning how to play the violin has been on my bucket list. I love playing the piano but there's something special about violin. I have a busy work schedule. And I wasn't sure if I could learn remotely. But, I've decided to give it a try. I've taken 4 lessons from Mark. Every week I showed him what I've practiced and asked some questions that I couldn't figure out from books. Mark also corrected my posture, arm mechanics, etc from the screen. So far, everything is great. What I like the most is that after each lesson, I have a clear practice goal. I'm very happy to have him as my teacher.
