As a 2-time Emmy Award winning Makeup Artist, my career began in New York City on the Soap Operas. Currently, most of my work is on movies and television shows but I have always enjoyed teaching Makeup Artistry and though still a busy Makeup Artist I spend much of my down-time in service to the beauty industry as an educator, consultant and advisor. I’d love to share my experience and some “tricks of the trade” with any student who is open to new techniques and has a willingness to learn.

I took a class with Marianne and I’m so happy I did! I was skeptical at first because I’ve taken classes from other makeup artists before, but didn’t learn that much. It seems like some makeup artists can do great makeup but aren’t really good at showing you how to do it. This was different, Marianne is organized and explains it really well. I was a little bit intimidated at first because I knew she worked with celebrities but she treated me like a star and was so patient and encouraging. Marianne is awesome and I highly recommend her classes!

Marianne is a wonderful instructor who gives lots of examples and has tons of patience. I even gave one of her classes as a gift to my friend, Gina, who loved it. Now she can do the smokey eye without it being too extreme. Whether your goal is full glam or business professional, Marianne can get you there. I highly recommend her classes.
