I'm a singer/songwriter and I'm passionate about helping others improve their music skills! I attended college for music and graduated with a BA in commercial songwriting and voice 2 years ago. I took songwriting, voice, and guitar lessons every year in college from industry professionals who gave me amazing advice that I've carried into my career now. I currently write my own music and work for a songwriting company where I write and record professional songs each week. I've been writing music, singing, and playing guitar since I was 13 and have written several hundred songs just in the past year. I am in my 40s and getting back into playing after taking lessons for a year 10 years ago and quitting (like most people). Madyson is very patient and tailors lessons to what her students are into. It has been a mix of both traditional lessons along with just helping me strum my favorite camp fire kind of music making the lessons engaging and allot of fun. Highly recommend for either kids or adults! I find I make myself practice for 10 minutes each night and then 10 minutes becomes 2 hours because I am having so much fun with it thanks to Madyson's great work!
