With over 25 years of experience teaching students of all ages, I offer 30, 45, and 60-minute lessons to students of all levels.  Students have the opportunity to participate in recitals, festivals, and competitions, including: 
	* Texas Music Teachers Association
	* Royal Conservatory of Music Examination
	*National Federation of Music Clubs
	* Young Pianists Guild 

Present and former students have received awards in numerous regional and national competitions, including performances at Carnegie Hall in New York City and abroad.  

I believe in the importance of providing students with a nurturing and encouraging learning experience to achieve their goals, whether their intention is to play the piano for fun or if they would like to pursue a professional career in music.

For over two decades, pianist Luis has maintained an active career as soloist, collaborative artist, and teacher.  He has appeared in concerts in the United States, South America, Europe, and Asia.  He is currently Associate Professor of Piano and Head of Keyboard Studies at Texas A&M University-Commerce.  Luis joined the Steinway Artist Roster in 2012.
