I have been teaching private piano lessons to students of all ages for over ten years. I specialize in teaching a variety of styles including classical and popular music. I strive to bring the joy of music to the forefront of my students’ lives. I customize lessons to fit with students’ learning styles and their individual goals. I also specialize in preparing students for auditions and music competitions. I graduated with a minor in music from San Francisco State University, and have continued to study with various piano and vocal teachers post-graduation to refine my training. Along with teaching, I am performing and recording artist. I bring my performance experience into my lessons by working with students to prepare for recitals and other performances they may participate in. Music is a huge part of my life, and I love sharing music others, whether it be through performing or teaching. There is nothing better to me than being able to connect to another person through music.
