Singing with Lori Q.

Lori grew up overseas & comfortable on stage from a very young age. With a huge love for ensembles and teamwork, harmony came very naturally to her. It was obvious early on that music was life-giving, and a source of joy. She studied music at Azusa Pacific University and received her B.A. in Music, with an emphasis in Church Music and with Voice as her primary instrument, adding on optional classes like Vocal Pedagogy and performing in 5 languages at her Senior Voice Recital. Her most thrilling performance was singing Mahler's 2nd Symphony with the Apollo Chorus of Chicago in downtown Chicago in May 2016. She loves coaching and teaching one-on-one and helping build on the individual's natural gifting and seeing them radiate confidence! She believes the foundations of voice are crucial and open the doors to your musical path. -- A practitioner of spiritual sobriety, advocate for soul care and self-compassion. Yoga was such a pivotal part of her healing journey, of listening to her body, her intuition, and remembering who she was and of her calling to help bring hope & healing to the world, both through music and yoga.
