Summary: I am a master student of piano performance at UC CCM and have been trained by a world famous pianist--Prof. Pridonoff since Fall 2012. I have been playing piano for more than 25 years since 5 years old. Since middle school study, I have been receiving professional piano training, I devote six years to studying piano performance at the Shenyang Conservatory of Music Middle School and Shenyang Conservatory of Music under the guidance of famous Steinway Artist Chengfeng Hsieh. Achievements: For about 10 years, I represented the piano department in competitions, open piano performances, and master classes and have won many prizes for school, some selected prizes are as follows: 1. National 1st prize: “ Schumann international piano competition” (professional division) Jan 1, 2011 2. 1st prize: the 3rd national music conservatory and universities piano competition (A division) 3. Academic scholarships for three consecutive years 4. Excellence Award (given to only one student per year at university) In addition, as a top student at school, I have been playing many solo recitals and built up a good fame in my hometown. However, Bachelor of Music degree alone is far from enough to satisfy my ambition of becoming a great pianist. In 2012, I was awarded graduate student scholarship and gained the opportunity to study piano performance in CCM guided by Prof. Eugene Pridonoff. Teaching Experience: From 2008, I have taught many piano students leading them to win many piano competition awards with their strong piano performance skills. Therefore, With lots of successful teaching experience and personal achievements, I have great confidence and determination to continue the musical tradition by lending my abilities to the musical instruction of the younger generation.
