We will set your goals together to move you towards finding and unlocking your voice.
I have been teaching singing since 1998. I teach children, teens, and adults online and at my studio on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Read testimonials.
I have performed extensively throughout New England and the Greater Boston area in Musical Theatre, Dinner Theatre, Cabaret, Choirs, and soloist.
I owned and operated Kindermusik With Friends at St. John's in Beverly Farms. During that time, I developed skills to teach young children music and movement in a developmentally appropriate way.
In addition to performing and teaching, I authored curriculum for Little Amadeus, in conjunction with National Association for Music Education for the Music In Our Schools, that aired on American Public Television. In addition, I frequently speak at teacher professional development conferences, present workshops on music and learning, and freelance write arts-based educational curriculum and teacher training classes.
I am a member of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing), MTNA (Music Teachers National Association), MMTA (Massachusetts Music Teachers Association), and the Boston Singers Resource. In addition, I am a member of NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) and the Golden Key Society and a and past member of the PKE (Partnership of Kindermusik Educators) KEA (Kindermusik Educators Association).

WHAT TO EXPECT
If you want to sing in a band, at church, prepare for an audition, talent show, learn about posture, relaxation, resonance, performance preparation, or just get started singing because you have always wanted to, I want to help you be the best singer you can be. I teach classical, Broadway, the American Song Book/Standards, and more. In addition, I teach sight singing, help students learn how to sing when they accompany themselves and am an acting coach. Need help with your monologue, too?
