Personal Training with Lindsay R.

Lindsay Ryan is a movement researcher who has a passion for dance and its power to create change. She received a double major in Dance and Pre-Physical Therapy from Saint Mary's College of California and quickly inundated herself into the dance and health community. She studied under and performed for renowned Bay Area artists like Rogelio Lopez, Dana Lawton, Andrew Merrell, Catherine Davalos, and Shaunna Vella and cultivated her skills in performance, choreography, and theatrics. She combines her knowledge of body mechanics, alignment, and movement longevity with dance practices and has received her Certificate of Strength and Conditioning as well as her Rock City Boxing certification.
