Hi! My name is Leah, and I love to teach music! My specialties are string orchestra instruments, including violin, which I have been playing since I was five years old, viola, cello, and upright bass. I have a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Temple University, with a violin concentration, and a certificate in American Sign Language. I am currently a full-time elementary music and orchestra teacher at a public school in PA. I have performed violin, viola, cello, bass, piano, trumpet, saxophone, clarinet, and percussion, as well as singing, in community ensembles. I have worked successfully with beginners all the way up to advanced musicians who are preparing for competitive auditions. I am passionate about teaching technique, musicianship skills, and repertoire in a way that is fun but also highly effective. I look forward to working with you!!!!
