Ballet with Laurence G.

I began my classical ballet training at the age of 9 in the Elementary Ballet School in La Habana, Cuba. At the age of 18, I graduated as a professional ballet dancer/ instructor from the School National Ballet of Cuba. I started my professional career at Laura Alonso Ballet in Havana, Cuba where I had the opportunity to dance in large production ballets i.e. The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Dracula, Swan Lake, Le Corsaire, where he danced both Principal and Corps de Ballet roles. Also, I have performed with the San Diego Opera several times dancing as a lead (Maria de Buenos Aires, Carmen, Great Scott). I have had opportunities to travel worldwide during my professional career. Currently, I reside in San Diego, Ca. where I dance/teach with local dance companies and studios. Lastly, I’m a co-founder of the Pas De Deux Workshop & Coaching where we bring partnering classes and personalize coaching to aspiring dancers young or adults.
