Cello with Kevin L.

I have studied under the tutelage of Jonathan Koh for 7 years where I was able to explore the various aspects of music. I received 1st place in the American Protege International Competition where I performed in Carnegie Hall, 1st place at the CMTANC International Competition, 1st and 2nd place in the Korea Times Music Competition,Burlingame Music Competition, 1st place Saratoga High School Soloist competition etc. I have also toured around the world with my respective orchestras including places such as Spain, Korea, Costa Rica, and in many cities in the US. In fact, just last week I had the opportunity to perform at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago. Also, I had the opportunity to be a member of numerous organizations such as SJYS, CYS, CPYO,KAMSA, and the All State Orchestra .In my free time,I teach cello to young students in middle school and elementary school, volunteer at numerous hospitals with my quartet, and am an active music leader in MESH( Music Education with Saratoga High).
