About Kevin H.
I've been teaching finger-style guitar since 2000. My students mostly concentrate on building technique and learning to perform unaccompanied tunes eventually building a song list suitable for solo performances of their own. Intermediate and advanced students will also learn how to arrange songs of their choice on their own utilizing their favorite techniques and personal approaches of finger-style playing. Focus is on performing (90%) as opposed to sight reading and theory.
