Acoustic Guitar with Ken C.

I'm the guitarist in an all-original hard rock band and have been writing, recording, and playing live with alternative and hard rock bands for over 16 years. I studied music theory at Florida State University College of Music from 2008 to 2010. I've dabbled in many styles and instruments, but always gravitate back to rock guitar. I want to see the genre continue to evolve and flourish, and what better way is there to do this than to help the next generation of rock guitarists find their voice? I share in the joys and triumphs of every student as they grow to wield the power and versatility of guitars, effects, and amplification. I've studied rock guitar literature from its origins in the 1950s all the way to today's new music, and I believe that understanding the innovations of the past is key to crafting the innovations of the future.
