When one's passion for the pursuit of rhythm burns at a temperature so hot, it must be molded in the proper cast in order to solidify a proper foundation to build upon for steady infinite growth for the entirety of one's lifelong career in Bludgeoning things with wood sticks. A few friends and I joke that a band is only as good as their drummer, which is both funny and true. I have spent the better part of my life developing techniques in my own furious style of double bass drumming, stemmed from my rich background of professional instruction from the legendary Chuck James himself. I was schooled in the style of Rock, Jazz, Funk, Reggae, and Blues among others. I have a rather eclectic taste in music ranging from Progressive "Djent" to John Coltrane to Busta Rhymes. I'm ALL about putting the soul back in to music. The soul needs a backbone to attach itself to, and that's where the drummer comes in. My goal is to uplift and inspire the youth to create exactly the kind of music they want to hear instead of being told what to listen to by 3 corporate companies on 5 radio stations and the dreaded television.
