I'm a young, enthusiastic piano teacher living in the Arlington area. My musical journey started when I was 10 years old when I received my first piano lesson. Since then, I have been studying piano with several amazing teachers, including some that have studied at the top music institutions in the nation, such as Eastman School of Music, University of North Texas, and the Peabody Institute. At current, I am finishing my Bachelor's in Music Media at the University of Texas at Arlington and have also obtained a Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County College. *** Lesson Details *** I am a fairly laid back teacher, however I do expect my students to practice. After 3-6 months with me, you will have learned how to read music, learned all basic piano terms, and how to execute most basic piano techniques. Whether you have dreams of playing in concert halls or just for your friends in your bedroom, I am confident that I can help you get there! *** Travel Equipment *** I expect the student to provide a piano(not an electric keyboard) with 88 working keys, a metronome, and music books. *** Specialties *** In piano, I specialize in classical music. I teach from every period of music(Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Contemporary).
