I have a Bachelor's degree in music, specifically voice. I've studied both voice and piano for over 12 years, and have been performing for over a decade in a variety of settings.

As a voice teacher, I believe that every voice is unique. My students establish a foundation of healthy singing techniques that can be applied to any musical style. I help my students sing with confidence and expression. Depending on the individual interests of the student, I also teach music theory, ear training, and self-accompaniment using chord structures.

I teach my piano students to read sheet music and understand music theory, both of which can be applied to playing classical or contemporary music. My students work with me on an individual basis to integrate the music they enjoy with the skills they learn in my lessons.
