I am a strong believer that everyone benefits from learning and experiencing music as a performer in addition to experiencing it as a listener. While encouraging my students to achieve at their highest level, I like to keep my lessons fun for all ages, especially for my younger students. I will work with parents to find the balance you desire that is best for your individual child. My lessons are built on a foundation of traditional studies where students learn to play, read music, and follow chord charts. For students that are interested, I can help them create their own music either using the latest technology or starting simple with just a single instrument. I also enjoy helping students learn to improvise if they choose. Whether you or your child are a beginner or a more advanced student needing guidance, let's explore music together!
