Gospel Singing with Judy M.

I work with students of all levels who are ready to commit themselves to seriously working on their vocal technique. I specialize in contemporary genres as opposed to classical, with an emphasis on developing a strong mixed voice. I teach healthy belting techniques and work on contemporary repertoire. I am now teaching exclusively online to students from around the country! My students have recorded and toured nationally , made it to Hollywood auditions on American Idol, won national pageants and talent competitions , won awards and conquered auditions. I have been performing professionally for over 40 years. I was a former cast member of Americas longest running musical review , " Beach Blanket Babylon" , and was the lead vocalist for one of the top corporate show bands in San Diego for over 10 years. I have headlined clubs and events in San Francisco, San Diego, Houston and LA. Most recently , I have run my own vocal studios in San Diego and Portland. I am a member of IVTOM( International Voice Teacher's Of Mix) and have been mentored by some of the top vocal instructors in the country. I constantly take classes and workshops to keep up with the most current vocal pedagogy for contemporary singing. I now teach exclusively online lessons to students from around the country
